Position : Sales Manager| BMS/HVAC/ACMV | Up to $8000+ VB
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Office in Boon Lay-Islandwide
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8000 (Basic + $1200 Transport allowance) + AWS + Minimum 2-4 months Variable Bonus + 16 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Leading a team of Sales Engineers to achieve department orders and sales target
Serve and maintain key customer accounts, always respond to them promptly
Developing & building long term customer relationships
Actively identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
Gather market intelligence and identify potential customers, ensure potentials are converted to orders for the Company
Develop the training plan for sales team to improve their capability to serve the customers
Engage the sales team to be motivated and building up their capability
Working with other departments to package the solutions for customers
Any other responsibilities as deemed appropriate and relevant
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
At least 3-5 years in HVAC or Service Sales field
Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
Have own vehicle for travelling
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
