Job Responsibilities

• Channel and Customer Management: Develop and manage new channels and customers to drive growth in the install base, market share, and revenue within the Oil and Gas/Petrochemical market and EPC business in the assigned territories.
• Account Management: Develop and manage accounts to meet business goals, executing a business plan to enhance market share and revenue performance.
• Sales Targets and Growth: Achieve assigned sales targets and foster growth in profitable revenue and margin within the designated territories and markets.
• Technical Proposal Understanding: Comprehend technical proposals generated through the bid cycle, understanding both product and project bid documents to meet technical and commercial requirements.
• Market Share Expansion: Pursue Greenfield and Brownfield opportunities, influencing end-users to award projects that drive project revenue and market share. Coordinate cross-border projects and expand the install base through the Brownfield program.
• Collaboration: Utilize interpersonal skills to work effectively with people across different departments and offices, fostering a high-performance culture and collaborative global team environments.

Experience required:

• Proven success in sales ability and demonstrate good knowledge of both product and project sales cycle and closing process.
• Conduct marketplace intelligence gathering and research to contribute to territory strategy planning.
• Develop new customers and enlarge customer base in core and subsidiary markets
• A team player who can work effectively in a collaborative global company environment

Experience:

• Minimum 5-10 years work experience in the related field and industry such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Refinery.
• Business travelling experiences and able to travel at short notice.
