Job Scope:
- Reports to the Head Of Sales
- Develop a business plan & sales strategy for the marine market that ensures attainment of the company sales goals & profitability.
- Experience in doing project sales
- Prepare action plans for individuals and team level, for effective search of sales leads & prospects
- Provide timely and competitive pricing on all completed applications submitted, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- Provide quotations & follow up on the customers' PO
- Liaison with Service Team, Engineers & customers for project & service works
- Adhere to all company policies, procedure & business ethic codes & ensure that they are well communicated & implemented within the team
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Electronic & Communications Engineering
- Possess minimum 5 years of Sales experience from Marine Industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communications, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Strong business acumen & negotiation skills
