Sales Manager | Identity & Security Solutions Provider | Up to SGD7000/month
Responsibilities :
1. Sales & Business Development
Core and Non-Core Product Sales
Up sell and cross sell to existing customers
Formulate strategies and implement tactical plans to achieve the assigned bookings and revenue targets.
Gain knowledge and insight to Customer\'s business priorities and challenges and propose company\'s solutions to address these needs.
Monitor real time/ be sharp with competitors\' strategies and market movement and act accordingly swiftly.
Partner Relationships
Provide feedback to Marketing team to manage on programs and products, such as IoT projects.
2. Team Management
Ensure resource planning including Team Lead, full Sales team member lineup, arrange training for them, make sure the Sales Team develop and maintain/ renew new clients (Telephone, site visitations at clients\' office).
Responsible for effective Sales Strategies across the entire APAC market and for the teams to hit their individual targets (allocation of countries may change when necessary):
SG, HK, Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, and some China accounts
Ensure performance of Team Lead, good teamwork within Sales teams, demonstrating effective teamwork with marketing team.
Overview of the entire team\'s targets and monitor KPI hit rate
Commissions and Benefits strategies that is to be reviewed annually.
Guiding and mentoring staff with Team Lead to hit their weekly KPI during Sales meetings.
Responsible to lead the Sales Team and communicate closely with Sales VP on issues and sales performances.
Proposal for better improvement, increase penetration rate and market share of the company\'s brand.
Requirements:
At least Diploma in Information Technology or other related specialization
Minimum 3-5 years related experience with proven track record and strong, driven personality in achieving sales quota.
Experience in Team Management with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communications skills (verbal, written and presentation), interpersonal skills, organization skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, various IT portals and Salesforce.
