Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement strategic sales plans, set sales goals, analyze performance data, and make forecasts to achieve company targets.
Customer Relationship Management - Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key customers while ensuring excellent customer service and account management.
Market Research & Business Development - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base.
Sales Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to enhance their skills and drive overall performance improvement.
Sales Tactics & Revenue Growth - Utilize effective sales tactics to achieve revenue objectives and drive sustainable sales growth.
The Talent:
Degree/Diploma in engineering or relevant tehnical discipline
5 years of sales experience in Semiconductor Probes
Class 3 driving license is a must and preferably possess own vehicle
