Developing business development and sales strategies for service apartment rooms category within the assigned territories/portfolio, including the financial results
Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management, including contracting, updating profile and renewing contracts
Timely upkeeping and reporting of sales progress, activities and results
Update the management on market trends and business leads
Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with important clients
Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are efficiently addressed
Requirement
Degree, Diploma in Business, Hospitality and/or related fields
Proficient computer skills including internet and email, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Proficient in English and communication skills with the ability to present and influence decision makers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to provide excellent service with prompt follow-up actions
Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing in real estate/property
Able to work on weekends
