1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across all service offerings. Set and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify and explore new business opportunities and customer segments.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Provide tailored consultations and build trusted relationships with expecting and new mothers. Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer service aligned with the wellness journey of clients. Maintain strong client retention through personalized follow-up and care.
#
3. Team Management
Lead, mentor, and train the sales and front-desk team to achieve performance standards. Conduct regular coaching sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service etiquette. * Foster a positive and professional work culture focused on collaboration and results.
