Job Description

- Salary Range : Up to S$5,500 Per month
- Lead, manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve set sales targets and KPIs (Financing, Insurance, Trade-in penetration rates)
- Monitor sales performance of the team and provide coaching, when necessary, analyse market trends and formulate sales strategies
- Manage inventory, propose stock ordering
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding for products and services.
- Excite, engage and educate prospects with the help of technology.
- Proven sales track record with the drive and passion for sales
- Enthusiastic and passionate about electric vehicles, strong understanding of the EV segment and able to explain technical concepts surrounding EVs
- Strong sense of urgency, team mentality, responsible and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Creative and techy with a strong interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest tech
- Highly self-motivated with strong initiative
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
