Position Type ManagementJOB SUMMARYThe Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy of the hotel. This position involves building relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and creating and implementing sales plans. The Sales Manager should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.CANDIDATE PROFILEJOB SPECIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related
  • 2 years\' experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • Demonstrated skills in supervising a team. Lodging sales experience. Hotel industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
