Job Description
:A leading European consultancy is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive the sales of their digital banking platforms and project capabilities to Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients. This is a prime opportunity for a natural sales leader with a keen ear for client needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions.Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Provide expert analysis and develop robust digital and security solutions that meet client needs in a timely and profitable manner.
- Craft and secure successful project tenders within the FSI sector.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other internal departments to create Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring company targets are achieved.
- Maintain and update the client CRM system, ensuring consistent engagement with both prospective and existing clients to meet sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and events to promote the portfolio of products and services.
- Degree qualified with a proven track record of at least eight years in selling digitalization solutions to banking clients.
- Exceptional networking skills with established connections at all levels within banking clients.
- Strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to create solutions across digital platforms and IT security.
- A self-starter with a focus on targets and strong negotiation skills, fostering long-term customer relationships.
