Using innovative technology, advisory services and decades of reliability engineering experience, we are transforming the way companies manage the reliability of their assets.Partner with the bestThe Sales Manager is responsible for sales, new account acquisition & business development, growth of existing key accounts & pipeline growth across the South East Asia and South Asia Market. Efforts will be focused on sales and delivery of growth within Baker Hughes Cordant\xe2\x80\x99s various suite of solutions including consulting services and enterprise asset management software.As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing complex sales-cycles which includes our entire Reliability Engineering portfolio of solutions and presenting to buyers, decision makers and influence the value of our solution suiteSupport creation and delivery of customer value proposition through consultative and advisory modelConduct full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover enterprise opportunities.Leading in cross functional teams and projects to achieve account and region goals and recommending new opportunities for profit and service improvementsDeveloping enterprise level relationship with CxO\xe2\x80\x99s, VPs and drive strategic partnership, MoU and frame agreements with key stakeholders.Assisting regional sales and digital sales leader with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the market using techno-strategic levers that speak to market desired outcomes and trendsUtilizing Enterprise and Core Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers to conduct discovery/workshops on asset condition monitoring, asset strategy and reliability solution assessment surveys to establish an enterprise-wide software planSupporting proposals / bids, negotiating contracts & ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial riskDevelop engineering and deployment technical work scope, schedules and support cost estimates to facilitate offering in area of expertisePartner with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have bachelor degree from an accredited academic institution, preferably from engineering and scienceHave good Enterprise Sales Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Problem Identification, Discovery, Sales Process ManagementHave experience in sales, services or project management of asset management and reliability engineering/services.Experience working is energy, mining, manufacturing or industrial verticalsHave experience in managing the entire sales cycle particularly in closing complex salesHave demonstrated track record of success in meeting & over-achieving sales targets (conversion rates & financial)Have very good oral and written communication skills. * Have the ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environmentWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
