Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales person. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic sales plans.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team of 2 to meet and exceed sales targets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth
• Expansion of client base and market share
• Improvement in customer satisfaction and retention rates
• Development and execution of successful sales strategies
• Performance and development of the sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years\' experience in media sales, digital advertising sales is a definite advantage but not a must
• In-depth knowledge of digital display advertising (web and mobile)
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Build and maintain quality relationships with advertising agencies and advertisers
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
