\xef\x82\xb7 Develop, implement and lead a focused sales strategy to attain aggressive growth targets within
the Enclosures SEA sales team
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the promotion, organization and guidance of sales policies and practices to provide
maximum market penetration of products
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and lead a high performance sales team that utilizes world class selling strategies and
demonstrates the nVent values including the \xe2\x80\x9cwinning right\xe2\x80\x9d value in all actions
\xef\x82\xb7 Define the Go-To-Market strategy considering the mix of direct along with channel and key
account strategy
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure team works cross functionally with global product category teams, marketing, customer
care, pricing, global account and operation teams to achieve strategic goals
\xef\x82\xb7 Establish regular business review cadence with the team and rep agencies to ensure accuracy
in sales forecast and predictability of business results
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide regularly scheduled updates and forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
objectives to senior management
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain the pulse of the competitive landscape, as well as; that of the customer-base business
needs in order provide input to develop new products and marketBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree business, marketing, or related field
\xef\x82\xb7 8+ years in an outside sales role in an electronic or industrial market along extensive
experience selling through multiple types of customers, including distributors,
integrators/consultants, engineers and end users/OEMs
\xef\x82\xb7 5+ years in a leadership level capacity including P&L management
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge and experience using sales force effectiveness tools and approaches (i.e. customer
segmentation, territory management, technology tools such as CRM and mobile technologies,
sales force time management)
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven skills to identify sales force capability gaps and implementation of plans to address for
sustainable success
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated skills for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard
of excellence. Shows a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to
continuous improvement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven skills to cultivate long-term, sustainable, value-based relationships with core accounts
