Job Description
Our client, a renowned company specializing in consumer goods, is looking to hire a Sales Manager to be a part of their team.

- Lead a team of Sales Executive, Sales Representatives, Merchandisers and Sales Promoters to manage the business growth for the local market
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to contribute to meeting sales targets and profit objectives
- Responsible for formulating annual sales plan, budget and forecast for assigned channels and developing an action plan to achieve business objectives
- Generate insights and redefine strategy based on sales analysis, the effectiveness of promotional activities and market intelligence
- Expand sales and distribution channel
- Work closely with retailers, negotiate and review trading terms and promotion schedule
- Regular reviewing and improvement of policies and processes and develop a strategic plan
- Prepare regular management reporting
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience from FMCG industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong business sense
- Aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving
- Strong analytical thinking and management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills
