Job Description
:
- Wide experience in Telecommunication Network. (PLDT, CONVERGE, SKYCABLE, SMART AND GLOBE)
- Set sales target and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies. * Supervise and support account manager/sales engineers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
- Generate innovate ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
- Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, and supplies, or service application in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, process, or use of materials or services.
- Use client feedback to improve customer experiences.
- Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Stay up to date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
- Graduate of BS Electronics and Communication Engineering
- With extensive Sales experience in Telco Accounts and Fiber Optic Products
- At least 10 years' experience in the related field
- Day shift
