You will work directly with customers at a variety of levels as well as internal stakeholders such as Solution, Product Commercial Support, Service Delivery, Network and Operations Team to understand and fulfil customers' requirements and initiate improvement programs to create more sales opportunities Adecco is partnering with a well-established MNC operating in the Telecommunication and Networking industry. They are looking to hire for a Sales Manager for their Wholesale Business Department focusing on Telecommunication Carriers. Sales Manager | Telecom and Networking MNC | Up to SGD7000/month Job Responsibilities: Achieving management set sales targets set by the management in accordance with the company's overall business direction. Prospect for new potential leads and accounts via various marketing channels, referrals, events, and seminars. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that outlines how sales targets can met regularly. Develop and maintain positive relationship with key accounts to established new opportunities within the client organization. Adopt solution based selling approach to identify key pain points of the client and address them to win deals. Follow up on order with customer and internal departments periodically till service is deployed and delivery is completed Collaborate with extended sales teams, especially Solution, Product and Operations Teams to successfully position the solution and/or service and see the opportunity through to closure. Maintain a pipeline of leads and achieve sales targets defined by the management in accordance to the company's overall business direction. Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on pipelines and opportunities. Provide feedback to company on latest market trends, emerging threats, and new opportunities to stay ahead of competition. Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in any disciplines, preferably in computer science, IT, Telecommunication, Electronics and Electrical Engineering. 3-5 years of prior sales experience in the telecommunications industry Prior experience in telecommunications industry wholesale market is preferred. Open to Customer fronting experience in different roles, i.e. project manager. Must be able to demonstrate a sustained track record of business development accomplishments as related to new business opportunities. Willing learner with the ability to operate in unfamiliar environment. Team player and be able to build long-term cooperative partner relationships with internal and external individuals who are part of the business development process. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
