We are a dynamic and growing company that specializes in producing high-quality consumer products. Our mission is to provide our customers with the best products and service possible, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help us achieve our goals. The main job duty of this position is to liaise with NTUC Fairprice, the largest supermarket chain in Singapore, and ensure that our products are on shelves in every Fairprice store.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at NTUC Fairprice.
- Create and execute sales strategies to increase our product sales and visibility in Fairprice stores.
- Work with the marketing team to develop effective in-store marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure our products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet demand.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Singapore retail industry, especially NTUC Fairprice, is a plus.
