Currently, they are seeking a Sales and Marketing Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
Sales
\xe3\x83\xbbAchieve sales budget for assigned territory
\xe3\x83\xbbImplement sales activities for existing and new products
\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise closely with customers concerning sales activities, i.e. promotion and marketing
\xe3\x83\xbbMonitor and manage the movement of sales and A&P expenses
\xe3\x83\xbbIdentity the requirements of distributors in their regions and propose strategy in selection of new distributors if necessary
\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
\xe3\x83\xbbAnalyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
\xe3\x83\xbbAddress potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
\xe3\x83\xbbParticipate in decisions for expansion or acquisition Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques
Marketing
\xe3\x83\xbbDevelop plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-terms goals
\xe3\x83\xbbIdentify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
\xe3\x83\xbbMonitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
\xe3\x83\xbbCoordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
\xe3\x83\xbbRelevant experience and interest in copy writing, digital marketing, and social media development

Requirements

The Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbA strong team player with a proactive attitude
\xe3\x83\xbbAble to work in a fast-paced environment
\xe3\x83\xbbExcellent communication skills
\xe3\x83\xbbAbility to analyse data and establish sales goals, forecast revenue, and determine the effectiveness of a sales and marketing strategy
\xe3\x83\xbbStrong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
\xe3\x83\xbbAvailability to travel as and when required
\xe3\x83\xbbTo support in ad-hoc assignments and projects when required
\xe3\x83\xbbBasic computer skill (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
\xe3\x83\xbbFluent in Chinese language to be able to liaise effectively with native Mandarin -and Cantonese- speaking clients
\xe3\x83\xbbPreferably with 3-5 years of regional working experience in FMCG/ Retail/ Food Service/ Food Manufacturing, handling business development, key account management or direct selling to potential customers or retailers
