Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Increasing brand awareness, building trust and creating a strong impression of your brand among potential customers, ultimately leading to increased patronage.
- Conducting market research, analyze customer data, track consumer trends, and conduct market research to understand the target audience and create marketing initiatives the resonate
- Building and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including food bloggers, journalists, and influencers to drive awareness of the restaurant.
- Coordinating promotional events for restaurant.
- Train and manage sales team, oversee the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s sales team, hire new sales representatives, train on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and effective sales techniques, and monitor performance
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, vendors, and suppliers, and negotiating contracts to enhance profitability.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Degree or Diploma in Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in digital marketing/online platform content creation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
