:

• Analyze the market to identify opportunities and challenges in the South East Asia region.
• Develop and implement market entry strategies and go-to-market roadmaps.
• Define project-based strategies in collaboration with field sales to secure strategic orders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Set sales budgets, pricing strategies, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Build and manage a sales team as per business requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate with the engineering, product development, and marketing teams to align strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of High Voltage equipment and power transformer market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Southeast Asia region.
