Job Responsibilities:

Manage all sales operations and personnel
Generate and report daily and monthly report-out in a timely manner
Coordinate training to new hire and existing sales team
Manage sales channels\xe2\x80\x99 invoicing and paperwork
Forecast and manage sales promotion
Assist BD Manager in achieving sales target
Tabulate sales commission and overtime on a monthly basis promptly and accurately
Manage sales personnel schedule (full-time and part-time) to ensure both brand stores are adequate in manpower
Handle all contracted sales personnel
Cover up for Careline sales enquiries during absence of Careline team

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma with at least 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of Sales Operation experience in retail industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under tight timeline
Enjoy working as a team
