Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate calculation of sales incentives and commercial incentives, adhering to applicable policies and agreements.
  • Conduct detailed analytical reviews of incentives and prepare clear management reporting.
  • Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and perform necessary adjustments/reconciliations.
  • Communicate incentives calculations transparently to Sales and Clients.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate payout of incentives.
  • Provide training to Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Manager to develop and enhance incentives processes with a client-focused and continuous improvement approach.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, including process and system improvement initiatives and internal audit.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics, or related fields. MBA degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company, with knowledge/experience in Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and determined to achieve targets and drive projects with passion.
