Ensure timely and accurate calculation of sales incentives and commercial incentives, adhering to applicable policies and agreements.
Conduct detailed analytical reviews of incentives and prepare clear management reporting.
Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and perform necessary adjustments/reconciliations.
Communicate incentives calculations transparently to Sales and Clients.
Facilitate timely and accurate payout of incentives.
Provide training to Sales and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Revenue Manager to develop and enhance incentives processes with a client-focused and continuous improvement approach.
Support ad-hoc projects, including process and system improvement initiatives and internal audit.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics, or related fields. MBA degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company, with knowledge/experience in Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
