Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote Quill and partner programs to education agents, tuition providers, schools, universities, and learners.
Identify, engage, and onboard new partners and recruitment channels.
Support the implementation of marketing and recruitment campaigns.
Conduct product presentations and webinars for potential partners and students.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline and tracking leads using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Operations & Partner Support
Coordinate onboarding and training of new partners and agents.
Provide operational support to centers and students for admissions, registrations, and examination cycles.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and partner requirements.
Liaise with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
Assist in organizing events, roadshows, and info sessions.
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and partner engagements.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and operational updates.
* Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial tracking where required.
