Sales Operations Executive
to manage the full order-to-cash process. This is a
key administrative role
within a lean, structured team where you will take ownership of quotation preparation, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
What You'll Do
Prepare Customer Quotations
- Based on standard pricing and product specs
Process Purchase Orders (POs)
- Verify and issue internal sales orders
Coordinate with Internal Teams
- Ensure timely delivery and updates to customers
Follow Up on Repeat Orders
- Build rapport with key customers for routine order cycles
Track and Chase Payments
- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices

Who We're Looking For
? 1-3 years' experience in
sales admin, order processing, or customer support
? Good working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and document handling
? Able to
multitask
, prioritize well, and work independently without hand-holding
? Comfortable communicating in
English and Mandarin
(written & verbal)
