We are the future beyond telcos.The RoleThe Sales Operations Executive will fulfil a varied and cross functional role looking after theEnterprise Team. This role supports day to day operational execution of Sales Orders andalso supports the Sales Leads, analysing the sales performance through customer relationshipmanagement (CRM), generating insightful reports and ensuring operational excellence in eachrespective channel. This role will work closely with the Sales Team and have direct contact with allareas of the Business to help ensure the Business runs as efficiently as possible.How you'll contribute to MyRepublic's success: . Improving sales operation efficiencies1. Act as central hub of information to ensure that communication flows from eachdepartment, driving visibility and reducing duplication and errors2. Review all sales impacted processes and make recommendations on how to improvethem3. Be a key driver in the implementation of processes and change management in theBusiness . Onboarding/ Existing Sales Staff Training . Sales/ Operational Support1. Supports day to day operational execution of Sales Orders2. Work closely with account managers in the Singapore Enterprise Sales Team3. Provide sales related support in any areas of order fulfilment4. Handle and process the sales orders on a timely basis, update changes in the orders5. and ensure accurate data is maintained in the Excel Database and system.6. Updating/ Termination/ Suspension of 3rd party services (update database onGoogle drive)7. Provide Billing Support for customers . Data analysis and forecasting1. Preparation of accurate weekly reports and slides for the leadership team to helpgain visibility and understanding of performance throughout the business.2. Proven, strong oral communication and presentation skills, confidence in presenting to internal and external clients, clear and precise. . Exposure to supporting sales teams with commercial information . Strong analytical abilities to inform decisions . Ability to be able to juggle multiple projects and priorities as well as demonstrating real ownership and accountability. . Competence in PowerPoint, Word, Excel. . Works well under pressure and with proven time management and prioritisation skills. .
