Position Description

Job Purpose
Based in the Singapore office and reporting to the Sales Operations Supervisor, the Sales Operations Executive (SOE) plays a key role in executing sales orders & ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. This role will be the main point of contact for customers' operational matters and acts as the coordination point with sales teams and various supply chain stakeholders across Fonterra network.
The SEA Sales Operations Executive role is part of a wider Sales Operations team with staff based across Singapore, Thailand & Philippines.

Some of the key areas you would own:

• Execute sales orders in compliance with country and customer requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of product to customers
• Manage customer complaint & claim process
• Engage customer on operational queries & request
• Provide customer operational performance reporting and improvement
• Champion specific areas within Sales Operations Team

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification with 4-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics or Supply Chain preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Working knowledge of SAP or relevant ERP systems.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge in Power BI & Advance Excel (i.e. Macro, advance Pivot) preferred
• Experiences in shipping documentation & Letter of Credit preferred
• Strong coordination & problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
