It strongly believes in 4 key areas in process of any contractor selection: 1) Construction schedule and resources required,2) Construction method and sequence3) Quality of works4) Price and budgetSing Lee Engineering Pte Ltdspecialises in the rental of excavator vibro or auger and silent pilers. • Handle "walk-in" enquires, including follow up with clients
• Provide internal support to sales teams
• Issue invoices and follow up on receivables
• Others matters related to sales and marketingOperation Functions:
• Daily operation administrative work
• Assist Director and ad-hoc assist managerJob Requirements:
• O level / SPM and above
• Min 2 years working experience in related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and ABSS is optional
• Motivated with initiative and willing to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Detailed- oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers
