Job Responsibilities: . Manage all sales operations and personnel . Generate and report daily and monthly report-out in a timely manner . Coordinate training to new hire and existing sales team . Manage sales channels' invoicing and paperwork . Forecast and manage sales promotion . Assist BD Manager in achieving sales target . Tabulate sales commission and overtime on a monthly basis promptly and accurately . Manage sales personnel schedule (full-time and part-time) to ensure both brand stores are adequate in manpower . Handle all contracted sales personnel . Cover up for Careline sales enquiries during absence of Careline team Requirements: . Minimum Diploma with at least 1 - 2 years of Sales Operation experience in retail industry . Good communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to perform under tight timeline . Enjoy working as a team Other Information: . Working Location: Macpherson . Working Hours: 9am to 6pm . Working Days: Mon to Fri . Type: Permanent
