About This Role

Reporting to our Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Executive plays a critical role in supporting our sales team succeed. Your duties will include providing operational support, data entry and liaising with external partner teams, among others.

Responsibilities

• Assist Zenyum's sales team by streamlining processes to ensure timely updates to the sale funnel.
• Updating data and reports in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
• Liaise with dental partners to ensure smooth uploading and troubleshooting of files
• Liaise with case operations to ensure timely and swift deployment of treatment plans
• Support basic analytics and CRM troubleshooting

• Interest in stakeholder management, support, operations
• Advantageous to possess experience utilizing Salesforce CRM (but not required)
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office suite or Google Documents
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a good eye for detail
