1. Prepare internal daily/monthly/quarterly reports on sales, purchase and inventory for various business lines (new devices/used devices). 2. Coordinating with sales team and customers across different timezones for orders, allocation blocking and PO/PFI generation. 3. Monitor inventory levels for aging and drive action with sales team. 4. Preparing Sales Team and customers Target versus Achievement reports. 5. Work with Warehouse Teams to ensure dispatch of customer orders and intercompany transfer from different subsidiaries. 6. Submit weekly / monthly and quarterly business reports to the management 7. Track any credit notes/promotions from suppliers. 8. Weekly sales/inventory report submission to suppliers. 9. Monitor incoming shipment plans for gaps and supply allocation to various geographies.

You would need to have experience in sourcing along with strong negotiation skills to deal with high profile Electronics/IT suppliers and want to work in a collaborative team environment
Requirements
To be successful you will have the following Key requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Experience in a Sales Operations, Ideally in Electronics/IT will be an advantage.
Candidates from relevant background or premier business schools will be preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Efficient user of MS-Excel and macros.
Would prefer having knowledge of using Tableau.
  • Problem solving, flexible, teamwork and listening skills, analytical and critical thinker
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
  • Hands on experience with analyzing big data and making forecasts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
  • Managed multiple categories with end-to-end influence on product & price
  • A customer focused attitude
  • Self-starter, goal orientated and have a structured approach to meet targets
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally
  • Confident and professional in the workplace with a hand on approach
  • Experience in achieving targets monthly working independently
  • Ability to work Flexible Hours as you would be working in International Markets across the Globe
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills and confident in presenting yourself
