Job Description
Introduction to the role:
Our client, a global FinTech MNC is looking for Sales Operations Analysts to support the Launch of a New Credit Card with a partner bank.
In this role you\'ll be working with both internal stakeholders & the client partner\'s stakeholder to ensure the smooth delivery of a credit card project.
You be working with both Sales & Operations lead to understand what needs to be done.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Sales Support to the Team who are delivering to the client.
- Process the onboarding of customer information.
- Contacting customers to validate - missing/incorrect date.
- Perform Desk Research
- Sales Operations Analyst (sales-support related)
- Banking experience
- 1-2 years of experience supporting sales leads in go to market execution.
- Outbound sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
