We're hiring a proactive Sales & Project Coordinator to drive leads, support sales, and manage projects from start to finish!
What You'll Do:
Follow up on leads, engage key customers, and maintain clear records.
Prepare site surveys, cost estimates, and ensure contracts & payments are secured.
Plan project schedules, coordinate materials and manpower, and oversee site progress.
Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality work.
Share knowledge, reflect on performance, and continuously improve processes.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Team player who can also work independently.
