Job Duties:
Identify potential clients with the aim to establish cordial and business relations
Support market intelligence by collating information on prospects, market situation and trends
Prepare sales proposals and reports for submission to the Management
Work closely with Customer Service to maintain client database record
Support Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback
Maintain a collaborative and effective working relationship with customers, internal partners and stakeholders
Coordinate and monitor project requirements, milestones, deliverables and training programs
Participate in contractor meetings when required
Facilitate investigation meetings, collate findings, prevention and implementation of corrective actions
Job Requirements
Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Preferably with project/ site management experience
Strong planning and organizational skills
Possess good communication & negotiation skills
Willing to travel to different sites (transport allowance will be provided)
