Job Description

\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate internal resources and clarify/categorize customer inquiries for execution of projects.

\xe2\x97\x8f Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure resource availability and allocation.

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop a detailed project plan, track progress, and report regularly to stakeholders.

\xe2\x97\x8f Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and pricing.

\xe2\x97\x8f Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

\xe2\x97\x8f Report and escalate to management as needed.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the relationship with stakeholders.

\xe2\x97\x8f Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

\xe2\x97\x8f Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

\xe2\x97\x8f Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Job Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f Required Education -Engineering Degree / Diploma or equivalent

\xe2\x97\x8f Required Experience - Possess Technical background, with proven work experience in Project Management or similar role

\xe2\x97\x8f Required Experience - Preparation and interpretation of flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

Good To Have:

\xe2\x97\x8f Preferred Industry Experience - Robotics / Mechatronics / Automation

\xe2\x97\x8f Preferred Certification - PMP

\xe2\x97\x8f Preferred Computing Skills - JIRA, Microsoft (Project/Planner)

\xe2\x97\x8f Preferred Skill - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
