Join us as Sales Specialist for the System, Project Sales team in Electrification business. You are responsible for sales & marketing activities, growing pipeline and growing market shares in Singapore market. Reporting to Sales Leader you will develop the business by identifying the organization\xe2\x80\x99s propositions and differentiators to create value for customers and maintain our network. This position will be based in Singapore.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing market intelligence and understanding of market trends in Singapore
  • Developing the strategic plan on assigned market, defining growth areas and creating action plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Focusing on front-end sales execution from end-to-end project pursuits
  • Establishing new relationships and maintain current customer base conscientiously by understanding customer needs and promoting a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Preparing sales reporting and orders forecast reporting using Salesforce & other tools
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess gaps and opportunities in business performance and current portfolio
  • Identifying new business opportunities & project pipelines
  • Developing demand creation strategies and be able to propose new product offerings to meet current market demands, closely working with consultants & EPCs on upstream prescription works

Your background

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic engineering
  • Strong background on Electrical industry, variable speed drives knowledge preferred
  • Previous experience in engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Business presentation delivery
  • Team player & being able to coordinate with the various sales teams
