Sales Supervisor/ Associate (Lifestyle & Collectible Accesories)

Adecco is partnering with one of the multinational corporations who is a market leader in manufacturing of lighting accesories, handicrafts and gifts items. They are currently looking for Sales Supervisor and Sales Associate to join the team! A great opportunity to work in a exciting and dynamic team!

:

• Identify and address customer requirements by providing expert product suggestions to meet sales goals.
• Represent the brand effectively, delivering exceptional customer service, and establishing strong relationships with customers.
• Strive for ongoing improvement in customer satisfaction with the brand, maintaining a high-quality shopping environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Attend and assist in various events and marketing activations to promote the brand.
• Actively contribute to daily housekeeping on the sales floor, support visual merchandising efforts, manage stock, and assist with replenishment tasks.

Job Requirements:

• At least one years of experience in retail or a customer-focused role.
• Prior experience in the luxury industry is advantageous.
• Customer service oriented, motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales driven with energetic personality
• Available to work retail hours and flexible shifts
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on rotation basis).Able to multi-task and work independently
