Our client, a leading European manufacturer in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a independent and experienced Sales Support to join their dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers\' requests and queries are attended to and orders are being processed promptly, while providing excellent customer service.
Location: Pandan Avenue (Transport from Clementi)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM-5.30PM
Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + VB
Responsibilities
Process spare parts orders from customers.
Manage the Turn Around Time (TAT) for repair parts.
Handle customers\' requests and complaints to satisfy their requirements and provide solutions.
Fulfil \'on-call\' duty - rotational standby for any calls from customers after office hours to resolve any issues.
Reduce ageing invoices
Requirements
Min. A Level or Diploma in Business Administration.
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
Good knowledge in SAP or ERP related software preferred
