Our client, a renowned global multinational corporation, one of the largest spare parts distributor in the US, is seeking a new talent to join their team as a Sales Admin. The incumbent will take an active part in order management, shipping arrangements with freight forwarding companies, and managing documentations.
Location: Pandan Crescent
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM-5.30PM
Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Quarterly paid bonus
Responsibilities
Process orders and ensure timely shipments to customers.
Liaise with warehouse for day-to-day orders.
Preparation of DO, invoices, packing list.
Keep customers updated of shipping/delivery dates.
Processing invoices and filing.
Requirements
Min. Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics or any other relevant field.
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
