Sales Support Analyst (Mat Cover)

The Opportunity
  • Provide day-to-day business support and administration - deal execution, compliance matters with clients for all countries in the Asia Pacific region with Sales Engine clients.
  • Coordinates with multiple departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction.
  • Ensure appropriate delivery times by internal units (marketing, risk, accounting, finance and compliance) and be the main liaison with internal units of such to both internal and external client requests.
  • Communication to clients of sales initiatives, strategic guidelines, and key products and solutions, etc.
  • Review existing business process to improve turnaround time and automate, if applicable, to ensure a better service to clients.
  • Present, facilitate and lead assigned Sales process improvements activities using data gathering and analysis, problem solving, and project management skillsets.
  • Provides activity follow-up to monitor the progress of planned improvement implementation to assure timely action, support and achieved expected benefits.
  • Collaborates with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets.
  • Work with process owners to create and improve company\'s metrics and goals.
  • Provide support and help in the development and execution of sales initiatives as required by team members and clients.
  • Develop strong conflict management skills in order to work effectively with a large range of teams to develop accountability, transparency, and rapid fact-based decision making.
Your Background
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Years of Experience: 1-2
  • Strong data, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills - customer focused with ability to work collaboratively with several teams simultaneously
  • Curious and competent to understand complex business process and to resolve and coordinate client issues end-to-end.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Eloqua and other tech tools
  • Foundational understanding of Payment Flows, Payment Systems and VisaNet
  • Must be able to exercise good judgment regarding information which may be confidential.
