Provide day-to-day business support and administration - deal execution, compliance matters with clients for all countries in the Asia Pacific region with Sales Engine clients.
Coordinates with multiple departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction.
Ensure appropriate delivery times by internal units (marketing, risk, accounting, finance and compliance) and be the main liaison with internal units of such to both internal and external client requests.
Communication to clients of sales initiatives, strategic guidelines, and key products and solutions, etc.
Review existing business process to improve turnaround time and automate, if applicable, to ensure a better service to clients.
Present, facilitate and lead assigned Sales process improvements activities using data gathering and analysis, problem solving, and project management skillsets.
Provides activity follow-up to monitor the progress of planned improvement implementation to assure timely action, support and achieved expected benefits.
Collaborates with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets.
Work with process owners to create and improve company\'s metrics and goals.
Provide support and help in the development and execution of sales initiatives as required by team members and clients.
Develop strong conflict management skills in order to work effectively with a large range of teams to develop accountability, transparency, and rapid fact-based decision making.
Your Background
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience
Years of Experience: 1-2
Strong data, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills - customer focused with ability to work collaboratively with several teams simultaneously
Curious and competent to understand complex business process and to resolve and coordinate client issues end-to-end.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Eloqua and other tech tools
Foundational understanding of Payment Flows, Payment Systems and VisaNet
Must be able to exercise good judgment regarding information which may be confidential.
