We\'re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as an Incentive Sales Support Analyst based in Singapore. In this role, you\'re expected to:

• Perform Front line Balanced Scorecard management, with the objective of driving the sales force productivity
• Manage appeals and adjustments to incentive payout
• Manage Quarterly and Annual Incentive Payout/Bonus
• Drive Quarterly performance reporting.
• Plan and manage frontline reward and recognition programs
• Manage the governance of the Balanced Scorecard framework to ensure that the incentive program is in adherence to Citi\'s guidelines
• Quarterly and annual MCA management
• Budget planning
• Coordinating of the annual Audit exercise

As a successful candidate, you\'d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Access or knowledge of other data analysis tools
• Willing to work in an environment where meeting timeline is extremely critical
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as demonstrated presentation skills
• Analytics experience and working knowledge of related industry practices and standard preferred
