Job Description




*Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30 pm

*Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided at Sengkang, Woodlands, Marsiling, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Boon Lay, ChineseGarden, Jurong East, Buona Vista, Tiong Bahru)

*Permanent

Our client is a Japan MNC that provides heavy machinery/vehicle for the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing.
  • Check correctness and accuracy of orders processed
  • Advice availability and delivery lead time to dealers.
  • Backlog order confirmation, expedition and follow up.
  • Support in handling key account (HAP) return shipment and re-shipment.
  • Monitor overdue account and chase payment.
  • Provide administrative support such as correspondence & filing.
  • Other relevant duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Marketing
  • 1- 3 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possess good communication, analytical skills
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
  • Possess initiative, meticulous and is a keen learner

Salary From S$3,500.00 to S$4,200.00
