With in-depth knowledge and experience in the area of IT Service Management for product support, in Our client provide IT support services, computing parts distribution and computing equipment resell. With in-depth knowledge and experience in the area of IT Service Management for product support, infrastructure build-&-run and offer a comprehensive suite of managed services. They carry notebook and PC products, printers, servers, networking gear, computing parts and many more, for all major brands. Provide support to sales team Provide technical information, prepare quotations, manage sales cycle and ensure prompt response to customers Manage and build good rapport with exisiting customer accounts Develop new sales opportunities and build rapport in new accounts Generate sales leads for targeted portfolio Work together in sales team to achieve Team targets and KPI Participate in Sales Forecast Management and Weekly Reporting Address customers' queries, concerns and escalations Occasional outdoor sales activities and account management follow up Job Requirements Diploma / ITE Training provided - Welcome entry level Good to have some sales or customer service background 5 days work (Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm) Work location at Henderson Road (Bukit Merah area) Salary $2500 to $2800 Interested applicants please submit your resume.
