Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support for the sales team
• To issue Sales Quotation/Delivery Order/Invoice/Statement of Account
• To issue Payment Schedule
• To issue Weekly Inventory Report / Monthly Sales Report
• To do sourcing for parts, testing equipment, etc
• Arrangement of shipment for Documents & Parts
• Ensuring timely delivery of item(s) to meet customer\'s requirement
• Maintaining and updating of inventory records using software system

Requirements

• Fluent Japanese speaking and writing is required, JLPT N2 and above (to liaise with Japan HQ)
