We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities. In this role you will: . Reporting to Office Manager. . Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries. . Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries. . Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents. . Responsible for shipment arrangement and inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery. . Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly. . Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation and prepare reports as required. . Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers. . Other office duties as assigned by Office Manager. Qualifications & Requirements . Minimum GCE O' Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage. . Computer skill such as MS Office. . Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
