Summary:
The Sales Support Executive is part of the core team that supports the Relationship Managers in their execution of business strategies. He/She will work closely with the Relationship Managers & Business Partners to ensure the seamless operations of the Auto Finance Business.
Responsibilities:
Support the team by providing administrative duties such as:
- Timely creation of Direct Hire Purchase (DHP) cases in the system.
- Conduct due diligence checks on DHP cases.
- Handle all enquiries from Business Partners on loan related matters.
- Provide guidance to salesman on the execution of Hire Purchase documents.
- Ensure that HP agreements are properly executed for disbursement.
Requirements:
- A recognised Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales support experience in the banking industry.
- Good knowledge of the Hire Purchase documentation and settlement flow will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail.
- Possess good customer service skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Independent and self-motivated team player.
