Job Description

:

• Respond to renewal sales inquiries via phone and email, and reach out to new and existing customers.
• Prepare renewal quotes using Excel and Business Central.
• Collaborate with teams like Maintenance, Presales, and Procurement to ensure a smooth renewal process.
• Create and manage renewal contracts (MSAs).
• Follow up on renewal opportunities and close deals on time.
• Recommend the best solutions and service plans to prevent customer churn.
• Work with internal teams to develop renewal strategies.
• Source quotes from vendors and upsell multiyear renewals and managed services.
• Generate reports using available systems and data when needed.
• Suggest improvements to the renewal process as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in commercial negotiation and achieving renewal targets.
• Proven ability to forecast accurately.
• Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Business Central.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and good at follow-up.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and be an expert in daily processes.
