The position requires a highly motivated and confident individual to be part of a team for effective day-to-day administration & sales work processes including assistance to media contract management, planning & monitoring media scheduling, pre-processing of invoices, purchase requisitions, and any other sales related duties as assigned from time to time.
The Sales Support Executive must also be able to plan, organize & manage sales administration resources (e.g. P&L spreadsheet for media campaigns, collection of advertising revenue records for special editions, issues, features, specials/supplements, etc) and process these efficiently and timely.
