Job Description

• 
  Our Client is a Japanese Manufacturer who handles various automatic machinery and automation products. They are currently looking for a Sales Support Executive to support the Sales Team
  
  \xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
  
  • Customer order fulfillment (Sales & purchase orders, order form, etc.)
  • Preparation of shipping arrangements & schedule of delivery
  • Regular update & monitoring of inventory stock movements and price records in the system
  • Provide sales quotations to customers for standard items
  • Input Sales order, issue delivery order, and invoice
  • Calculate billing for the customer and monitor AR payment
  • Attend to all walk-in customer, email, and phone inquiries
  • Upkeep and maintain a proper filing system
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate and closing of deals with customer
  • Handling of the customer portfolio,
  • Customer call/visit planning for sales
  • Prospecting of new possible targets
  • Support off-site marketing events and seminar
  • Ensure supplier or customer contracts in the system are up to date.
  • Prepare bi-weekly, monthly & quarterly reports and forecast

• Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sales support or customer service
  • Minimum Diploma in business or logistics or Engineering related
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Working experience in the same industry is advantageous.

• Working Hour

  8:30 ~ 17:30
