The Role

Manage Sales enquiries, preparing quotations/proposal and conduct close follow-up emails relevant to Sales matter

  • Attend to customer enquiries promptly. Follow up on customer requirements.
  • Responsible for checking updated rates with overseas offices/agents and ensuring quotation is valid.
  • Setup and maintain customer files (KPI/quotations/SOP/specific requirements).
  • Update the Sales on customer\xe2\x80\x99s activities and issues if any
  • Working very closely with the Singapore Sales team.
  • Responsible for keying updated rates into EDI for Autorating-Free Hand.
  • To outsource PO follow ups to Operations CS.
  • Support BDM/BDE in pro-active follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Logistics or any
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot), PowerPoint and Word
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Navision, Business Central ERP will be advantageous
  • Customer-oriented, responsible, positive and pro-active
  • Prior logistics experience in Order Processing, Shipping Documentation, Coordination Skills, and some L/C experience is preferred
  • At least 1 year experience as Sales Support Admin
