Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate data entry of orders into Microsoft NAV system Pricing up of Quotations for Sales team for projects or box sales
• Supporting Sales Team with Documentation and Requirements pertaining to Sales RFPs/ tenders
• Liaise with Suppliers and/or Vendors to obtain prices and lead-time.
• Follow up with Clients on quotes sent.
• Generate weekly and monthly Reports of pipeline and closed orders to reporting manager
• Answering phone calls for Sales and recording of incoming Enquiries and passing them to relevant sales executives
• Tracking of inbound enquiries and monitoring their progress
• Other general administrative support for the Sales team

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimally 1 year of related experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is an added advantage
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Must be organized, meticulous and patient
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
